Yogic jogging - 6-7 minutes Jogging for loosing weight

6-7 minutes of Yogic Jogging consisting of 11 poses gives full exercise to the body, and does not need any equipment. Save time and money.It is equivalent to 1  hour walking

1.       Normal jogging
2.       One leg one hand (opposite):jogging
3.       Towards one side one leg raise. And hands on waist
4.       Forward bend (till floor)
5.       Open legs: bend towards one side( do it on both sides)
6.       Face one side. Bend. Touch knee of other side to the ground repeat with other side
7.       Namaskar. Open hands. Bend back. then namaskar (repeat)(deep breadth while moving back)
8.       Open legs. Raise opposite hand . bend towards one side (with other side too repeat )(try to touch d floor)On the way open both hands and move them together)
9.       Now in same position touch one hand to opposite leg . other hand stretches behind(makes diagonal)

11.   Jump one side, join legs hands together(move to other side)
